Terms & Conditions

By booking a session with Siddharth Verma Photography you agree to have read and accept the following Terms and Conditions.

Prior appointments are required for all photo shoots.
A booking amount (25% of the selected package cost) needs to be deposited in advance at the time of booking to secure your session.
The photography fee for the selected package needs to be paid in full on the day of the shoot. In case of multiple shoots in a package the amount to be paid at each session will be decided by the photographer.
The photography fee does not include products like prints, photo books, photo albums etc, unless mentioned in the package selected by client
Refund
- Booking amount deposited for booking sessions is non refundable except in the event of Siddharth Verma Photography cancelling the booking.
- Photography fee paid on the day of shoot is non refundable under any circumstances
Cancellation
- If the client does not show up or is unavailable at the time of session, the session will be cancelled & booking amount forfeited.
Rescheduling
- A prior notice of at least 2 days is required for rescheduling of your shoot. We will try our best to provide you an alternative date based upon the photographers availability. The client agrees to accept the rescheduled date provided by us.
- Our policy allows for only one rescheduling per booking, any further requests will be treated as a new booking and the booking amount will be forfeited.
- No rescheduling requests will be entertained once the prior notice period of 2 days has elapsed.
- If a reschedule is initiated by the photographer, the clients will be contacted in order to mutually arrange an alternative date. In case no alternate date seems to be possible, the Photographer’s liability shall be limited only to a full refund of the deposit.
Post photoshoot time frame
- After the photoshoot, a maximum time frame of 6 months is allowed for clients to select the photos/approval of photo albums (if included in package). Beyound that time the client will be liable to pay for any additional costs incurred due to revised pricing in any of the services involved.
- The processed & edited images can be reshared till a time period of 6 months from the date of shoot, beyond which the re-processing & editing charges will be applicable.
- Raw data from the shoot is generally stored for a period of 1 year from the date of shoot. However, it may not be available for that long in case of any technical issues with storage media.
Photographer’s decision will be considered final for the selection of final set of photos.
The extent of post production editing/retouching will be based on the photographer’s professional judgement.
As per the Photography copyright laws, the owner of the copyright of all images created from the photo shoots will by default be the photographer(Siddharth Verma) under the brand name ‘Siddharth Verma Photography’.

Copyrights : The website siddharthverma.com is owned by Siddharth Verma. All the content available on the website including but not limited to text, logos, images is protected by copyright. The images may not be reproduced, copied, modified, transmitted or manipulated without the written consent of Siddharth Verma. Siddharth Verma reserves the right to use the images for the promotion of Siddharth Verma Photography. Clients agree to give picture credits to 'siddharthverma.com’ whenever the images are used on social platforms like Facebook/Instagram etc or in Press/Media/Display. Unedited images are only for personal viewing of the client and should not be shared on social platforms. Commercial use of the images is completely prohibited unless agreed with us.
